Examples and scope

This website presents service ideas and example configurations. It does not install software, connect accounts, place orders, or run an AI assistant. Selecting a combination or sending an inquiry does not book a service. Availability, compatibility, deliverables, fees, and support require a separate written agreement before work begins.

Independent service

Moon Lake Hosting provides independent AI setup and consulting. References to third-party products identify tools we may assess or configure. They do not represent affiliation, sponsorship, certification, or endorsement by those providers. Product names and logos belong to their respective owners.

Google Gemini identifies Google's AI models. Google Cloud identifies cloud infrastructure and services. Google Workspace, including Gmail and Google Docs, is a separate productivity suite. References to one do not imply access to the others.

Accounts, access, and costs

Each provider's terms, account requirements, permissions, and applicable licenses govern its services. A listed tool is not a promise of an available connector or supported integration. Subscriptions, API usage, cloud hosting, hardware, and other provider charges are separate from our fees unless the written agreement includes them. Subscription access does not automatically include API access.

Providers can change prices, features, access, or availability. Support for third-party changes and ongoing maintenance must be included in the agreed scope. Scheduled work depends on available hardware, power, networks, and provider services. This preview does not promise uninterrupted operation or round-the-clock support.

AI output and actions

AI may produce incorrect, incomplete, or unexpected results. Review important outputs before relying on them. Agree on approval rules before enabling actions such as sending messages, changing records, publishing content, or spending money. Examples do not guarantee accuracy, savings, business results, or regulatory compliance.

Our technical setup and training services do not replace legal, tax, accounting, investment, medical, or other licensed professional advice. High-risk uses need a separate assessment and written scope.

Private information

A local application can still send prompts, files, or logs to online services. Data handling depends on the chosen products, accounts, settings, and connections. Before implementation, agree on permitted data, recipients, access, retention, and deletion. Only provide information you are authorized to share. Do not send passwords or sensitive files in an initial inquiry.

Your agreement

These notices explain the website preview. They do not replace a signed service agreement, create a service-level commitment, or limit rights that applicable law does not allow the parties to limit.
